Order Processing Time:
Please note that since all our products are meticulously crafted preserved florals, it takes several days for our skilled florists to prepare and design each model. The preparation process typically takes 2- 3 days.
All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. During peak holiday seasons and sale periods, please anticipate a slightly longer processing time.
Our dedicated team processes orders from Monday to Friday. In general, orders are processed within 2 -3 business days from the date of purchase, with shipment occurring on the following business day. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order is placed, kindly allow 6-12 business days for order processing.
For customers located in Hong Kong, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery, and enjoy free shipping for all products over $50 USD. If your order total is below $50 USD, a shipping fee of $10 USD will apply.
For customers in the United States, Dubai, and Singapore, you can expect delivery within 4-7 business days after processing. If your order total is below $50 USD, a shipping fee of $15 USD will apply.
For customers in other countries such as Canada, France, England, Australia, and other European countries, orders will also take 6-12 business days for delivery, depending on the destination. For international orders under $180 USD, a $25 USD shipping fee will be charged.
Customs and Taxes:
The prices listed on our website are tax-free in US Dollars, which means that you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon receiving your order.
Import taxes, duties, and any related customs fees may be applied when your order reaches its final destination. These fees are determined by your local customs office.
